The Tom project, a multi-phase and multiyear project, located on a five acre property southwest of Edmonton, AB.

| Work: | Phase one (completed) included the consultation and design of an 18 bore hole geothermal system that will heat and cool the main house and garage. Phase 2 (ongoing), includes an estimated 20 kW grid-tied solar PV system integrated onto a trellis/greenhouse area surrounded by an edible forest, permaculture, living pond, and tennis court. |
| Result: | Phase 3 (to be determined) will include the design and installation of three electric vehicle charging stations, site lighting, and monitoring systems. |
